Shipping & Returns

We ship all orders via Fed Ex Ground unless it is specified otherwise. Custom orders are shipped upon completion. For each custom order we will advise you of the expected delivery date at the outset.

Gilding Supply orders received 9.00 am to 3.00 pm (Monday to Friday) Pacific Standard Time will be shipped the same day.

All orders must be paid in full before shipment.
In the event of an unexpected delay, you will be notified promptly. Additional crating charges may apply on certain items. You will be advised of these charges before the order is finalized.

Returns Lost or Damaged Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any of our Gold Leaf Supply products you may return the unused item within 7 business days for credit or refund. Please check all merchandise before using. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee unless defective or due to our error. Once we receive the goods in excellent condition, you will receive a refund for the cost of the item (s) returned minus a 20% restocking fee.

Before returning any merchandise, please call (323) 466 9999 to process your returns.

Frame Masters stands behind all of our products. In the event there is a problem with your Custom order due to our error, please notify us within 7 days of receipt.

All Custom products made to your specifications are not returnable / refundable, unless it is due to our error. All shipments are insured via Fed Ex.

Please note that Fed Ex does not insure any art work. Lost or damaged items in transit will be replaced free of charge. Please keep all damaged items and packing materials for Fed Ex inspection.

We must receive your lost or damaged claim together with all relevant documentation within 7 Business days.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges unless it was our shipping error.

All unsolicited returns will not be considered for a refund.

All refunds for purchases made by credit card will be in the form of a credit to the same card used for the original purchase.
