Fine Original Oil Painting - School Of Pieter Claesz

This painting was purchased from a long time client & colleague over the last 20+ years, an art restorer and a master painter in his own right - Rick Peterson. ( see FM Fine Art Gallery). Rick has been restoring important historical painting for the last few decades. In his opinion the depicted painting is a master piece and is after school of Pieter Claesz (1597 - 1661 ).
It is painted on board (oak) and measures 11" x 14 1/8" . The orange peel is masterfully painted textured. The hues achieved on this piece of work are truly beautiful.

The frame is new and was made Frame Masters.
